Global Energy Award-winner Dr. Kaushik Rajashekara is working on several fascinating futuristic machines

Growing up, The Jetsons was one of my favourite cartoons. I was fascinated by the visionary widgets on the show – especially their flying buses . And relatively lately, I had an occasion to interact with a scientist who's actually working on the conception of a ‘ flying vehicle ’ that can be used by individualities for their diurnal commute, easing road transportation across the globe.Dr. Kaushik Rajashekara, one of the world’s commanding experts in the field of transport technologies, is working on several futuristic systems that hold the eventuality to change the world and the way we travel. The philanthropist of the Global Energy Prize 2022 – the loftiest award in the field of energy –Dr. Rajashekara was one of the first masterminds to work on conceptualising and also erecting an electronic vehicle, far before the technology came extensively known.

“ When I entered thee-mail about my selection, I couldn't believe it for a moment. This award shows the significance of energy effectiveness enhancement and reducing emigrations. I'm proud of the benefactions I've made to technologies that would ameliorate the terrain. Also, I've travelled to about 60 countries giving forums on colorful motifs at universities and conferences. It's humbling to honor how numerous people contributed to my success, awaiting nothing in return. ‘ It takes a vill ’ is veritably true in my case, and I'm fortunate that my vill included some of the most encouraging and inspiring masterminds in the field, ” he shares with Global Indian.

Presently a Distinguished Professor of Engineering at the University of Houston, Dr Rajashekara wishes to pass on all the knowledge he has gained in the last three decades to new- age masterminds to insure that the elaboration of wisdom and technology noway stops. “ After 35 times of working in the world’s well- known pots, including ABB, GM, and Roll- Royce, I'm veritably happy to be in the academic field. I'm making use of every occasion to educate and train the coming generation of masterminds. In a way, I worked all my life to be a professor and train others indeed when I was in the working assiduity, ” the scholar says.

 A humble launch
